On Completion

Upon completion you will be able to demonstrates your ability to deliver professional customer service in the hospitality industry, valued by employers.


You will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to work effectively in a hospitality environment with developed communication and teamwork skills, understand how to manage customer expectations, and gained a clear understanding of how to handle complaints professionally.

By gaining this nationally recognised qualification you will be better prepared for employment in the hospitality sector to feel confident progressing to further training or more advanced roles.

Eligibility Criteria
  1. You must currently live in a Non-Devolved Area of England or the Great London Area (GLA). If you live in GLA you must evidence you have permission to remain here for the next 365 days. You must have residency to be in the UK/EEA for the purposes other than study when enrolling onto the course.
  2. You must be over the age of 19 or older (on 31 August 2024) and be able to fully commit to this course.
  3. You must have the relevant ID to register for this course. (passport, visa/permit, birth certificate or driving licence and proof of address within the last 3 months)
  4. You must not have done this qualification at the same or higher level previously.

The course is delivered remotely and you will need a laptop or computer to be able to access and study on this course.
